Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
(A course of University of Mumbai) Duration: 3 years full time (B.M.S),
Intake : 60 seats
Objective :
The course prepares student to exploit opportunities in the Management profession. The course gives adequate exposure to operational environment in the field of Management and inculcates training in the use of modern technology for the benefit of student and Industry by providing them with suitable trained persons.
Job opportunities :
Students who complete the course are expected to have lucrative employment opportunities in private, corporate sector in export-import departments, governmental organizations, all India institutions like Export-Import, commercial banks, financial institutions, multinational companies in India and abroad. The students can start their own consultancy, export-import units in Foreign Trade.
Eligibility :
Candidate who has passed XII std. Of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with mathematics as one of the subjects & secured at least 50% marks at first attempt.
Admission Procedure :
Admission will be granted only to the candidates who have appeared for the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2009 conducted by Competent Authority for the academic year 2009-10.

Admissions to the above mentioned courses is through Maharashtra State Government Common Entrance Test (CET). 20% of the intake is given at the discretion of the Management for Eligible students under Management Quota.
