A coaching institute, Super 30, from Patna made a record by giving 100 per cent result in IIT-JEE.
"SUPER 30" IS a coaching run in Patna by few educationists under the directorship of Anand Kumar. This is the first time when 100 per cent result has been accomplished in Joint Entrance Exam (JEE), although previous results also have been appreciable.
They offer admission to poor meritorious students on basis of entrance exam conducted on the state level. Selected students avail free lodging, fooding, coaching, and counseling for one of the worlds top level exam – JEE.
Abhayanand, additional director of police – Bihar is behind the success of Super 30. He himself teaches physics to selected students for IIT-JEE. The coaching institute was started only in 2003 with few successes, and within five years they produced 100 per cent result. In all previous years, all students were from scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), and other backward castes (OBC) but this time minority also made their presence in the same exam.
